Begin your journey with our tour leader meeting you at your Cairo hotel in the morning. You'll travel comfortably in a modern, air-conditioned luxury vehicle towards the White Desert, located 350 kilometers west of Cairo near Bahariya Oasis. Along the way, enjoy two coffee breaks to refresh and relax. Bahariya Oasis, known as a major source of iron ore in Egypt, will be your first stop upon arrival. Here, you'll meet your safari guide and transfer to a 4x4 Jeep to embark on your desert adventure.

Day 2
Djara Cave and Ain El-Sera Spring Exploration

Start your day with a breathtaking desert sunrise, followed by a hearty breakfast. Next, journey to the Djara Cave, one of the most captivating prehistoric sites in the Western Desert. The cave is renowned for its gravity-defying rock formations and is home to the only perfectly preserved rock art of gazelles and other wildlife within a 250 km radius. The cave’s stunning appearance is further enhanced by its dripstone roof, formed by crystal deposits over millions of years.

Proceed to the serene Ain El-Sera Spring, located in the El-Gabal district of Cairo Governorate. Known for its therapeutic and healing properties, this spring has been a site for relaxation and rejuvenation for centuries. Its high mineral content is believed to benefit health, while its calming effect soothes both mind and body. Enjoy the clean, refreshing water and the picturesque setting, perfect for picnics and outdoor activities.

Day 3
Explore Bahariya Oasis

Start your day with breakfast before setting off to Bahariya Oasis. On the way, visit Crystal Mountain, also known locally as Jabal Al-Azzaz. This striking crystalline mound, made of quartzite crystals, is often called the "jewel of the desert" and dazzles in the sunlight. Discovered by chance a few decades ago, it is a must-see natural wonder.

Next, head to Bahariya Oasis, a hidden gem in Egypt’s western desert known for its breathtaking beauty and tranquility. Surrounded by palm trees, date palms, and acacia trees, the oasis is perfumed with the scents of jasmine and orange blossoms. It is also home to diverse wildlife, including deer, ibex, and oryx.

Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy a lunch. Then, embark on a tour to explore the oasis further. Visit Gebel Maghrafa, the palm and olive farms, and Bahariya Oasis itself. Discover the remarkable fossil of the largest dinosaur ever found, "Stromer's Tidal Giant," uncovered at the base of Gebel Dist in 1914. Explore Lake al-Marun, the largest salt lake in the oasis, and take in a panoramic view from the summit of English Mountain (Gebel Al Ingleez). Finally, return to your hotel to relax.
Day 4
Bahariya Oasis to Cairo

After breakfast, we'll head to Bawiti, the capital of Bahariya Oasis located in Egypt’s Western Desert, approximately 350 km (217 mi) from Cairo. As the largest oasis in the Western Desert, Bahariya is also one of its most populated, with around 30,000 residents.

Explore the Ain El Muftella shrine and the renowned Museum of the Golden Mummies, showcasing fascinating artifacts and ancient mummies discovered in the oasis. After a satisfying lunch in Bahariya, we'll drive back to Cairo, concluding your memorable desert adventure.
